Speaking your truth, authenticity and connection are essential parts of being an effective manager and leader. Learn to change the conversation in business to be more inclusive, supportive and actually loving which will create an environment of team, collaboration and mutual respect. The Business Community will allow you to hold employees accountable, increase productivity and increase employee moral (yes it can all be done at the same time!). The irony is that when you are accountable and count-on-able your self- confidence, respect and self love naturally blossom. You become the person others want to follow.
