Are you in Action or RE-action?

Are you a scanner?  Is your back against the wall watching “out there” to know what to do next?  Many of us go through life with our back to the wall, scanning what is in front of us in order to prepare ourselves of what to do, and when.  This puts us in a reaction mode. Each of us have an individual reaction mode all based on the opinions and judgements we have formed from early on.  Most of our reactions are automatic and sometimes we don’t even know it when they kick in.

My work teaches you how to create a small space between the action and your reaction so you have a little time to CHOOSE a new or different reaction. Once that little space is created, you have the distinction of choice. Once you have the distinction of choice, you can be proactive and choose your actions and even BE in action to create the circumstances you want in your life.  You can invent the life you want and live it.

Can you remember that last time you were proactive and creating what you wanted vs waiting for things to occur?
