Hi!  I'm Kristy.  What you need to know about me is that I've been able to create a life I love and it's my goal to empower as many people as I can to do the same for themselves.  I've created this life through trial and error and a LOT of sundry experiences in my background.  If you want the professional bio, you can check my resume history on LinkedIn, but I'd really just like to send you a message straight from my heart about who I am, not what I've done.  Part of creating a life I love was by design (not default) which lead me to move to gorgeous Long Beach California.  Being near the water, the sand and having the convenience of a social life was part of my list of musts in where I wanted to be.  I am a very proud grandma of two of the most wonderful kids in the entire world.  And I'm mama to the sweetest little Shih Tzu, ULI.  (Uli means Noble Leader.  Isn't that the perfect name for a little guy to live into?!)

I've spent nearly thirty years helping others reach life-changing clarity through transformational and permanent shifts.  Having a diverse background in Nursing, Sales, Marketing, Computer Installation, Management Consulting, as well as business and personal Coaching I have an extensive amount of personal trial and growth to pull from.  I've owned three business that have prospered and flourished by implementing the very same foundational work I use for my clients.  I like to say that coaching is part of my DNA.  I also know in my heart (yes, without even having met you) that you have what it takes to create a life you love as well.  A life that brings you ultimate joy, pleasure and fulfillment.  I am committed to producing breakthrough result for the people I work with.  You're not a number or a genre or even a category of person.  Rather you are solely and uniquely you.  And that is the rewarding part of my career - getting to see YOU invent the life you want to live versus settling into the life you hate to live.  Being able to give you the tools, clarity and actions to shift your thinking, your actions and ultimately the results you see in life and business brings me great joy.  I bring the inquiry that opens your evolution.
